Our first planning datasets are now online
We've published our first four planning datasets for Open Digital Planning on our website
West Berkshire Council was awarded funding from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) as part of Round 1 of the Planning Software Improvement Fund, to begin a major improvement to our digital services and systems used by applicants and our planning service.
As part of this we made a comittment to publish open data, and we're pleased to let you know you can now find four datasets covering:
on our planning datasets page published. They're published under the Open Government Licence for Public Sector Information which means anyone can use this data according to the terms of this licence, and soon we'll be able to create digital services using Plan X.
It's just of the many digital improvements we're making in planning, in 2024.
