Payment of parking charges by mobile phone
In car parks and at every on-street parking location where parking charges apply, you can pay for your parking by using the pay by mobile phone service.
This service is operated by PayByPhone. Customers needing assistance can use the online self-service support centre.
Charges
All payment by mobile phone transactions will incur a service charge of 5 pence, except for locations where there are no parking machines.
Location codes and parking charges are detailed on the tariff boards at each car park, or are listed on each individual car park webpage.
New customers
The quickest and easiest payment method is via the PayByPhone app.

Existing customers
Payment can be made via the app, telephone or text.

- To text - text "info" to 65565 for instructions on how to pay by text.

For a small additional charge, you can receive a text reminder when your parking session is about to end.
