You have a number of legal rights when it comes to the data the council processes about you. Before you start a request, there may be another way we can help. You might want to:

• - Find out how we use your data.


• - Raise a Freedom of Information request (if your query isn’t about personal data).


• - Make a complaint.


• - Make a claim for damage to your property you feel has been caused by the council.


• - Tell us your name and/or address has changed.
