Family Information Service (FIS)

Our Family Information service offers a telephone and online directory to provide free and up-to-date information for parents, parents to be, carers and professionals. We help support children up to their 20th birthday, or 25th birthday if they have a disability.

If you need help...

The Family Information and Local Offer service can help if you are having difficulty using this website or you don't have access to a computer. This includes assisted funding applications, help searching the directory for childcare, help finding holiday activities and camps, and more!
