2. Availability of a book
  
  Before getting in touch about the availability of a book, you may find what you need already on our Library Catalogue.

3. Expiring memberships
  
  Memberships last 2 years. When your membership is due to expire, we'll email you to let you know. We'll send a link in the email for you to renew your membership online.
  If your postal address has changed since you last signed up or renewed your membership, you'll need to contact us to renew. Click the 'Next' button below to let us know about a change of address.
  If you already have a library card, you won't need a new one.

6. Renewing a book
  
  If you're unable to renew your book, it may be because the book has already been reserved or you may have already renewed it a maximum of four times.
  Due to high demand, we cannot offer renewals for our 'Best Seller' books.

7. Resetting your PIN
  
  Your PIN is 4 numbers long. If you are a library member, your PIN will allow you to log in to your library account.
  If you have forgotten your PIN, your PIN is not working, or you would like to change your PIN, you can reset it on our 'Forgot your PIN' page. You can get to this page by clicking the 'Reset PIN' button below.
